Problem Note 61326: The SASBusinessRulesManagerWeb web-application-server context might fail to start when upgrading from SAS® Business Rules Manager 3.1 to 3.2
During an upgrade from SAS Business Rules Manager 3.1 to 3.2, the 'SASBusinessRulesManagerWeb' web-application-server context fails to start. The following errors might be displayed in various log files:
SAS® Deployment Wizard log file:
Application Server has started, however web applications with the following
contexts failed to start. Please refer to Application Server logs for more

To work around the problem, perform the following steps:
- Remove sas.brm.midtier from Lev/Web/Temp/.
rm -rf Lev/Web/Temp/sas.brm.midtier
- Rebuild the 'SAS Business Rules Web Manager' web application.
- Redeploy the 'SAS Business Rules Web Manager' web application.
